iPhone and iPod Touch application and package updates …

I’ve just added and/or updated the following application packages for the iPhone & iPod Touch:
- [upd] SMSd (0.04) [see notes below]
SMSd notes:
- Memory leaks fixed
- Different Inbox and Sent lists
- Lots of UI changes. Trying to make it look more Apple-ish.
- New feature: Compose SMS
- New feature: Reply SMS
- New feature: Send SMS to multiple contacts.
- New feature: Send SMS to a number not in contacts.
