iPhone and iPod Touch application and package updates …

I’ve just added and/or updated the following application packages for the iPhone & iPod Touch:
- [upd] CameraPro (1.09) [see developer’s notes, below]
CameraPro notes:
- corrected numbering of pictures
- corrected auto orientation and added option on this feature
- added option to save additional TIFF file
- splash screen disappears if purchased
- progress indication moved from status bar to center of screen as people thought [they were] sending photos
