iPhone and iPod Touch application and package updates …

I’ve just added and/or updated the following application packages for the iPhone & iPod Touch:
- [upd] SMSD (0.20) [see developer’s notes, below]
- [new] iSIM (1.02) [SIM contact manager. Single operation functions are free, bulk operation functions require purchase.]
SMSD notes:
- New: Search (names as well as text)
- New: Conversations.
- New: Localization. (Only English supported as of now)
- New: Delete messages from list.
- New: Delete All messages from (inbox, sent search) list.
- Fix: Sync with MobileSMS icon.
- Fix: Adding lots of contacts to To: field used to crash.
- Fix: Keyboard vanishes after resuming.
- Fix: Keyboard placement on compose screen.
- Fix: Fast opening.
- Fix: Startup crash in case of large number of SMS.
- Fix: Long Unicode messages were garbled.
