iPhone and iPod Touch application and package updates …

I’ve just added and/or updated the following application packages for the iPhone & iPod Touch:
NOTE: Assume that Installer.app, version 3.0 (or higher - and NOT 3.0b followed by a number), is required for proper installation of all packages I produce.
- [upd] biteSMS (1.10) [Issues addressed: SMS encoding problems; Credit voucher recognition issues for some US mobile networks (**important one for US customers**); Better IDD and NDD prefix support (as opposed to more standard “+” symbol)]
- [new] aMaze! (1.0.0) [”Classic wooden balance Labyrinth where players guide steel ball through a maze to the finish.”]
- [upd] Navizon (2.0.4) [Minor bug fix.]
