iPhone and iPod Touch application and package updates …

I’ve just added and/or updated the following application packages for the iPhone & iPod Touch:
NOTE: Assume that Installer.app, version 3.0 (or higher - and NOT 3.0b followed by a number), is required for proper installation of all packages I produce.
- [upd] biteSMS (1.11) [Addresses: Springboard stability when receiving the initial “credit SMS voucher”. ]
- [upd] MPG (1.0.4) [Bug fixed: correct km/L calculation. Added Finish translation.]
