iPhone and iPod Touch application and package updates …

I’ve just added and/or updated the following application packages for the iPhone & iPod Touch:
NOTE: Assume that Installer.app, version 3.0 (or higher - and NOT 3.0b followed by a number), is required for proper installation of all packages I produce.

- [del] iSplit [Withdrawn by developer.]
- [del] iFlix [Withdrawn by developer.]
- [del] AVPlayer [Moved to another repository.]
- [upd] aMaze! (1.1.1) [The developer forgot a file in the previous update.]
biteSMS notes:
- Added the most requested feature an **SMS Counter**
- PayPal accounts now supported
- Fixed Springboard stability when uninstalling biteSMS
