iPhone and iPod Touch application and package updates …

I’ve just added and/or updated the following application packages for the iPhone & iPod Touch:
NOTE: Assume that Installer.app, version 3.0 (or higher - and NOT 3.0b followed by a number), is required for proper installation of all packages I produce.
- [upd] aMaze! (1.2.0) [Added calibration option; bugfixes.]
- [upd] biteSMS (1.14) [See developer’s notes, below.]
biteSMS notes:
- **Forwarding**: right swipe any message conversation bubble to forward it!!!
- Improved scrolling of text field when entering or editing a message.
- Ensures that auto correction word is always visible.
- Support credit voucher SMS delivery to China.
- Changed 3 retries to 2 when sending via biteSMS, and improved information text when offering to switch to Mobile Carrier.
